Eight Schools, Eight Weeks - Summer Celebration!

The Mtn. - MountainWest Sports Network will begin its Eight Schools, Eight Weeks programming starting Monday, June 6th. Eight Schools, Eight Weeks focuses on each of the eight Mountain West Conference institutions. During each designated week, network programming consists of memorable games and shows unique to the MWC institution being featured. 

Eight Schools, Eight Weeks will air on the following schedule:

Week of June 6: TCU Week
Week of June 13: UNLV Week*
Week of June 20: Wyoming Week
Week of June 27: Air Force Week
Week of July 4: Boise State Week**
Week of July 11: San Diego State Week
Week of July 18: Colorado State Week
Week of July 25: New Mexico Week

*Host Marius Payton presents an in-depth look at the Coaches Versus Cancer Golf Classic from Las Vegas, Nev. on Monday, June 13 at 7 p.m. MT as part of UNLV Week and The Mtn.'s Eight Schools, Eight Weeks series of summer programming.

**The Mtn. welcomes Boise State as the newest member of the Mountain West Conference on Friday, July 1 with three unique shows aimed at getting MWC fans familiar with Boise, Boise State and the Broncos.  At 7 p.m. MT, the network airs a 30-minute program detailing the history of Boise State football, followed by a more-encompassing look at Boise State's intercollegiate sports programs with Beyond the Blue: Boise State Athletics.  Then at 8 p.m. MT, The Mtn. presents a visitors guide look at the center of the Bronco Nation with Welcome to Boise.

The network will also air a Boise State-themed edition of Stories of the Mountain West on Monday, July 4 as part of Boise State Week. Stories of the Mountain West is a one-half hour program showcasing unique story lines of past a present personalities from the Conference.
