The Mtn. Internship Program

INTERNSHIP GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES

Thank you for your interest in the MountainWest Sports Network's student internship program. The goal of the intern program at The Mtn. is to advance students education and to prepare them for their desired career. Interns will be exposed to hands on work experience in their selected department. The following guidelines and procedures will provide you with the information and tools to start the application process:

The internship program is only open to college students or graduate students.

Internships are unpaid and school credit is required. Should internships be required for graduation, but not awarded official credits by your school, a letter from the department advisor is needed.

Candidates must be motivated, have a solid work ethic, be goal oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

Internships are offered in the following departments:
- Production / Operations
- Marketing / Public Relations
- Marketing / Promotions
- Art Department
- On Campus Internships

Resumes will be accepted for the fall, spring and summer semesters at the following times:
- Fall (September - December): Resumes accepted until July 30
- Spring (January - May): Resumes accepted until November 20
- Summer (June - August): Resumes accepted until March 30
