MBK: TCU Moves Past Wyoming to Face BYU 
March 9th, 2011LAS VEGAS -- TCU snapped its 13-game losing streak with a 70-61 win over Wyoming behind 18 points from Greg Hill and 16 from Hank Thorns in the play-in game Wednesday at the Mountain West Conference tournament.
The Horned Frogs (11-21) will face top-seeded BYU on Thursday. TCU hadn't won since beating these same Cowboys 78-60 on Jan. 12.
J.R. Cadot added 13 points and 13 rebounds for the Horned Frogs. Francisco Cruz led the Cowboys (10-21) with 14 points.
The Horned Frogs jumped to an 11-point first-half lead, but it was trimmed to 27-24 by the break. The Cowboys took their first lead 42-41 on Joe Hudson's breakaway after Daylen Harrison stripped the ball from Thorns.
It turned out to be their only lead. The Horned Frogs responded with a 9-0 run sparked by Hill's 3-pointer.
Thorns' three-point play with 1:47 left gave the Frogs their biggest lead at 70-57.
