9 Schools, 9 Weeks Programming Begins May 31
May 26, 2010The Mtn. – MountainWest Sports Network will begin its annual
Nine Schools, Nine Weeks programming starting Monday, May 31.
Nine Schools, Nine Weeks focuses on each of the nine Mountain West Conference institutions. During each designated week, programming consisting of memorable games and shows covering the select member institution will be shown.
Each week is aired in alphabetical order, with the Air Force Academy leading off the nine consecutive weeks of school-specific programming on May 31. Two new original programs debut for Air Force Week:
A Conversation with…Troy Calhoun, presented by FLIR, on Monday, May 31 at 7 p.m. MT and
The Other Side of the Mountain: Fisher DeBerry on Wednesday, June 2 at 6 p.m. MT.
The Mtn.’s original programming lineup, inclusive of
Around the Mountain, presented by Jeep (Tuesdays at 7 p.m. MT),
Mountain Peak Performances (Wednesdays at 7 p.m. MT), It’s a Numbers Game (Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. MT) and
The Mountain View, presented by Dodge (Fridays at 7 p.m. MT), will air at regular dates and times for the duration of
Nine Schools, Nine Weeks. A new episode of
Stories of the Mountain West (June 14 at 7 p.m. MT) is also incorporated into the network broadcast schedule during the month of June.

The Mtn. is pleased to announce two unique programs set to air in July. First, Marius Payton gets shown around Las Vegas by the Maloof brothers. The owners of The Palms in Las Vegas talk about their days as former college athletes in the MWC - George played football at UNLV while Joe played defensive back at New Mexico.
Stories of the Mountain West, featuring the Maloof brothers will air at 7 p.m. MT on Monday, July 12. Then, be sure to catch a brand new
A Conversation with... Tom Burman, where the Wyoming athletic director discusses the direction of the football team coming off its New Mexico Bowl win and his perspective on Wyoming athletics as a whole.
