The Mtn. took advantage Saturday of its largest broadcasting stage in the network's six-year history, turning in a professional telecast.
The network's live and replay camera work during the CU-CSU football game was on target.
And the booth duo of James Bates and Todd Christensen provided smooth play-by-play and analysis.
Particularly impressive was the work of Christensen, a former BYU and Raiders tight end, who stayed away from spectacular bromides when assessing individual plays.
He noted early on the offensive problems of the Rams, saying CSU would experience a long afternoon if it didn't do a better job mixing its offensive patterns.
